Absolutely FANTASTIC experience with PROBUILD. Chari, Jerry, and Brian were great to work with - they truly listened to our needs and were patient with our requests. Chari designed exactly what we wanted within our budget and managed the project with excellence. Francisco & Erick (contractor) was the best team we could have asked for. They went above and beyond, making sure every detail was taken care of, the job site was cleaned thoroughly every day, and even accommodated all of our extra requests along the way. They were clear and concise in their communication and updated us on the project at every step. The quality and workmanship is top notch. From start to finish, communication between all parties involved was prompt, efficient, and clear. Overall, a great experience and we would not hesitate to work with PROBUILD again.

Very impressed with the initial meeting. A team of 3 came to look at our remodel needs and they actually listened and asked questions. Second meeting was very professional and offered two separate proposals for our remodel. The designer was great. She had a great eye for mixing color and textures together. The workmanship was excellent. And they delivered the job on time despite the scope expanding due to circumstances that couldn’t be identified until demolition started. Would highly recommend them.

When we went to the home show looking for a possible contractor for our casita remodel, I don't think we were overly optimistic. We invited a couple contractors in to review the project and provide quotes. Your team was the most professional and courteous. Honestly, what sealed the deal for us was your willingness to say yes. You listened and UNDERSTOOD what we were trying to accomplish. You saw our vision and made it reality. If...big if...something couldn't be done the way we suggested, instead of just saying no, you provided suggestions and worked with us to find workable solutions. You made suggestions that were better than what we had envisioned and you educated us along the way.
A construction project of any size can be really disruptive and overwhelming, but you and the team made it easy. Your level of communication was second to none, as was your availability to discuss the project at any time. I am so thankful we found you. So glad we decided to go to the home show that fateful day.
Your team was the utmost in professionalism. They were courteous, polite, kind and fun to work with. They were clean, neat, organized and experts in their fields. A joy actually, that now leaves a void. Our project is complete (early I might add) and beautiful. Signing off on our final walk through is like saying goodbye (hopefully see you later) to friends!! It's a little sad knowing that we won't come home to see the progress and engage in friendly banter with the crew. The very best part of all of this, besides having a beautifully redone and functional living area for extended family is knowing that for our next project, we won't have to search for a provider -- we have one!! We just finished our complete master bathroom remodel with ProBuild. Our process is to invite 3 vendors to give us estimates, then pick the best one. Just like when we gutted our kitchen 2 years ago, ProBuild was the easy winner of the bidding process. The reason they keep winning our business is because they creatively solve our problems instead of just asking what we want. We don't know what we want, we just know why we need to get rid of what we have and we want it to look really nice. The problem solving doesn't stop at the initial design - all throughout the demolition and construction when the tricky issues invariably arise, their friendly and expert team is ready to brainstorm solutions. They communicate daily throughout the job and they get things done on time. Most importantly, the results are spectacular - we (and all of our guests) are completely wowed with how our new rooms look and function. Best of all we are devoid of all the ugly problems we used to have. I almost wish we had more rooms to remodel... maybe we'll move?
